Healthcare Collections Agent (Remote)

Join a leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company in healthcare. We help providers get paid faster through a mix of live agents and technology. As a Healthcare Collections Agent, you'll work remotely to resolve past-due accounts, negotiate payments, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

Base + Commission: $16/hr base with commission potential. Average earnings increase to $19/hr within 6 months with unlimited commission opportunities. Bonuses & Incentives available.
Schedule:

Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with optional Saturday overtime. Shift: 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time (30-minute lunch). Training: 10:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time (1-hour lunch).
Qualifications:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Professional phone etiquette and ability to multitask. Basic math skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office). No experience required; customer service, sales, or collections experience a plus.
Work From Home Requirements:

Quiet, distraction-free, private workspace. Private Wired Internet speed: 100 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Must pass a criminal background check and provide accurate employment history. E-Verify required.
