Your responsibilities will include scheduling activities, overseeing crews, and ensuring that both plants are maintained to the highest standards of reliability, safety, and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing the eAM maintenance management system, reviewing work requests, issuing work orders, and monitoring the progress of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.Additionally, you will provide supervision, mentorship, and oversight to Maintenance Foremen and Planners, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out effectively and in line with our mission focus and safety standards. Strong supervisory and leadership skills are essential, along with a proven track record in labor contract administration and contractor supervision. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of competency in managing maintenance operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals are key attributes required for this position.
