Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment on-site. This role is crucial in supporting our construction and agricultural projects, contributing to the successful completion of tasks while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, track hoe, front loader, for various construction tasks. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Safely dig trenches, move materials, and assist in the preparation of sites for construction activities. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating equipment to minimize risks on-site. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any issues or malfunctions promptly.

Experience

Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with construction machinery, skid steer, track hoe, front end loader, drum compactor. Familiarity with safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation is essential. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with digging, lifting, and moving materials as required by the job. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
