Overview

As a Helicopter Tour Representative, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional experience for our guests. You will be responsible for educating customers about our helicopter tours, ensuring their safety, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences while showcasing the beauty of our tour locations.

Duties

Educate guests about the helicopter tour experience, including safety protocols and points of interest during the flight. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly. Lead groups of customers to and from the helicopter, ensuring a smooth boarding process. Communicate effectively with team members and pilots to ensure a coordinated operation. Utilize public speaking skills to deliver engaging presentations about the tour highlights. Manage time efficiently to adhere to scheduled tour times while maintaining high service standards. Assist in promoting tours through various channels, including social media and community events. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.

Qualifications

Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively. Proven customer service experience, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. A passion for aviation and tourism is preferred but not required.
