About This Job
Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening for a Help Desk Analyst I at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical problems in a call center/help desk environment
  • Work with internal and external users and organizations to support customer user-level requirements, including resolving end-user support requests, and researching and deploying advanced technologies
  • Resolve access requests for user accounts and other desktop support functions
  • Where possible, use automated tools and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide technical assistance, training and system documentation for users to promote efficient operation of applications
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

Required degree and years of relevant experience for this position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • BS/BA Degree and 0 years of relevant experience
  • MS/MA Degree and 0 years of relevant experience
The successful applicant will be able to work independently, demonstrate strong initiative, and possess the ability to organize daily tasks with minimal supervision while demonstrating the following:
  • Excellent customer support skills
  • Experience with Active Directory, desktop support, and ticketing systems
  • Experience working in a Service Desk/Help Desk team environment
Clearance Requirement
