Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup & Operation
- Set up paving machines for accurate width, depth, line, and grade.Quality Control
- Adjust screed and other settings for precise, high-density paving results.Team Leadership
- Train and supervise screed operators and ground personnel.Equipment Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and assist mechanics with major repairs.Communication
- Coordinate with supervisors and concrete plants for smooth operations.###
