Badass Coffee of Hawaii is hiring Baristas, Back Bar, and Drive-Thru staff to join the team at our new McKinney location. We are searching for Full and Part-Time employees for morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver the Aloha spirit in each customer and team interaction

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as hot and cold coffee, espresso drinks, and teas

• Champion menu items to customers and provide product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions

• Cashier duties including processing customer payments

• Maintain a sanitary environment by cleaning and sanitizing all work and service areas, utensils, and equipment

• Ensure proper functioning of all equipment and adequate stock of supplies and retail products

• Practice quality service and safety standards; comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations

• Be a team player by exhibiting good communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Assist with food orders

• Begin every interaction with a smile and a genuine greeting \xe2\x80\x93 Aloha

• Close every interaction with a smile and a Thank You \xe2\x80\x93 Mahalo

• Add a \xe2\x80\x9ckick\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\x93 that little something special to make each customer interaction memorable

• Monitor product levels and stock as needed

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, back bar area, and kitchen

• Other duties as assigned

• Be at least fifteen years of age

• Be willing to work as a team at all times

• Hold a Food Handler\xe2\x80\x99s certificate or obtain one within first 30 days of employment

• Customer service experience preferred but not required
