Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently hiring compassionate and dedicated NAs/CNAs to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a member of our team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide personal and healthcare services to our elderly clients, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $18 to $25 per hour, with weekly pay and flexible hours, providing an ideal work-life balance for individuals in the healthcare/medical field. As an individual contributor, your role will allow you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and their families.Role Description:

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with hygiene to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with mobility and transferring as required.
• Administer medications in accordance with care plans.
• Monitor and promptly report any changes in clients\xe2\x80\x99 physical, mental, and emotional condition.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Support clients in engaging in social and recreational activities.
• Effectively communicate with clients\xe2\x80\x99 families and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.
• Document and maintain accurate records of the care provided.

Requirements:

• Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar caregiving role.
• Familiarity with principles of elderly care and health/hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient nature.
• Physical ability to lift and transfer clients.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
