Description of the Role:We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aide to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. As a Nurse Aide, you will provide essential assistance and support to our clients in Pearl City, Honolulu, Hawaii, working 32-40 hours per week. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families.Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
• Assist with mobility and transferring clients.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Nurse Aide or in a similar role.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Two references from previous employers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform the duties of the role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Proof of a clear TB test taken within the last year.
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are a plus.
