Dakota State University is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a remote adjunct instructor of History. The start date of this position is August 2023. Applications will begin to be reviewed immediately and the position will be open until filled.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging history lessons.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, and provide timely and constructive feedback to facilitate their learning and growth.

Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. or master\'s degree in history or a closely related field.
• Effective written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for instructional purposes.
• The ability to teach History 111: World Civilizations I.
