We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Hmong Parent Liaison to join our growing school.

This Parent Liaison will be instrumental to the overall operations, environment and culture of the school. They will build rapport and establish good relationships with students, parents, staff members and the community.

The Parent Liaison serves as a liaison between students, parents, schools, businesses, agencies and the community to connect families and students to resources and supports, to help them be successful in school and as a family unit.

The ideal candidate will have

An Associate Degree or equivalent of experience. Hmong language knowledge helpful. They also bring strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with students, parents, district staff and community members from diverse backgrounds, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task, and knowledge of the programs, functions, and procedures of a school setting. Requirements:
