Job Description
Patient care. Answers call lights to determine patients' needs
Takes and records vital signs
Provides personal hygiene care
Lifts, positions, transports, and escorts patients
Assists patients with walking and other body movements
Feeds patients who require assistance
Implements individual patient treatment plans as outlined by nursing supervisor and health-care team
Records patient care Reports changes in physical or mental status to health-care team Maintains a safe and sanitary

Summary
As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Reporting to a designated healthcare supervisor, your core responsibilities will include patient care, assistance with daily living activities, and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Your premium skills in patient observation and experience with Alzheimer's care will enhance the quality of care provided. Additionally, your relevant skills in meal preparation and medical documentation will contribute to a holistic approach to home health services. Qualifications
Proven experience in home and community care settings Strong patient care skills with knowledge of HIPAA regulations Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices Experience in senior care, including Alzheimer's and memory care CPR certification and knowledge of emergency response protocols Comfortable working with individuals with developmental disabilities and in long-term care environments

Pay: $25.00 per hour
