Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Transfer needs
- Aiding with daily living activities
- Providing conversation and companionship
- Light Housekeeping
- Helping with Personal Care including: dressing, bathing and toileting
- Preparing meals/medication reminders
- Transportation to and from doctors\' appointments
> 5-7 days/week | 5-8 hours / day
