- 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Home Health Care
- Home Health
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois (IL)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
- Are you okay with the required travel for this position?
- Provide all levels of care to patients
- Support patients in Chicago, IL, and surrounding areas
- Meet critical deadlines for charting
- Self-manage time and schedule
- Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
- Monday through Friday on the day shift; no weekends, on-call, or holidays
- Compensation: $80 xe2x80x93 85k (salaried)
- Currently seeking: Full-time, 40 hours per week; 28 points per week
- Schedule: Monday through Friday on the day shift; no weekends, on-call or holidays
- Coverage area: Glenview, Evanston, Skokie, Niles, Chicago, Park Ridge & surrounding *Coverage area is larger as this position would be supporting employees on PTO, LOA & vacant positions. If workload is slow, may work out of our Northbrook office with chart audits, mentoring, etc.Requirements:
- IL RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of licensed RN experience in a hospital setting (med-surg, telemetry, ER, or ICU preferred)
- 2 years of home health experience
