- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program in Nursing required
- Minimum (2) two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Hospice with (5) five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in nursing
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut.
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred, required within 2 years of hire
- Computer skills
- Ability to identify needs in workflow process
- Knowledgeable and compliant with all agency and regulatory procedures including, but not limited to, Corporate Compliance, HIPPA and Medicare conditions of participation, State of CT Licensure, and CHAP Standards.
