Hospital Greeter
Job Description
A well-established healthcare organization in Los Angeles is seeking Hospital Greeters to join their team to create a positive and warm environment for patients coming in. The Hospital Greeter is responsible for the visitor experience; warmly greeting patients and their families into the hospital, checking in visitors, acting as a resource, and directing patient visitors to the correct department. Proposed shift hours are split into morning, evening, and weekend shifts, at 5am-1pm, 1pm-9pm, and weekends, respectively. This is a new pilot program hoping to turn into a long-term role down the line. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative medical experience, and Bilingual in either Spanish or Korean is a plus!

Requirements
- Solid understanding of Administrative experience
- Expertise in customer service
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Incoming phone call management skills required
