Unit Description:Join the team of Makers who Make a differenceThe Good Eating Company is seeking a Hospitality Customer Service Manager for Northstar 8 in Minneapolis, Minnesota . Our Client has created exceptional space that sets a new standard in luxury office space. This location will have a unique blend of services: Caf\xc3\xa9 Bistro, Commercial Office Space, Convenience Market, Catering and Bar. We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Customer Service Manager who is focused on elevating the guest experience.The Hospitality Customer Service Manager focuses on providing premium customer service within all hospitality and serviced office areas, including Northstar 8, the Skyboxes, the Skygarden, Northstar Golf Club and Rosewood Room. The Service & Experience Manager will also provide general support as needed to the Marketplace Store, Northstar Cafeteria, Krona Caf\xc3\xa9, and Walkin\xe2\x80\x99 Dog. The Service Manager reports directly to the General Manager.Key duties of the Hospitality Customer Service Manager are:

• Onboarding and Offboarding tenets to ensure high customer service for tenants
• Coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with managment team to ensure seamless execution of events for tenants, addressing any client concerns or special requests
• Recruit, train, and lead Service Technicians. Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and guidance ensuring exceptional hospitality, and service delivery to clients, attendees, and members.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating to the General Manager where necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked and welcoming environment in all spaces within NorthStar 8
• Support the General Manager in developing and managing budgeted operational costs through purchasing and operational vendors
• Administer tenant and member mail & packages, visitors, and dry-cleaning pickup & drop off, and other concierge services
