Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude Seat guests and manage reservations Provide menus and inform guests of specials Manage waitlists and coordinate seating arrangements Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries Maintain cleanliness in the reception area Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus Strong communication skills and phone etiquette Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent guest relations skills Knowledge of food service operations is beneficial Hospitality-driven attitude with a willingness to help guests
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
