Summary
The role of the Host is to guide the flow of traffic and make it a seamless process from entering to shopping and departing. The Host must immediately establish a welcoming connection with the guests or group of guests as they enter and in a clear and concise manner and guide them.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Proactively greet all incoming customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.

Thanking all exiting guests for their visit.
Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.

Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests.

Identify opportunities to create memorable experiences that are unique to our guests.

Demonstrates a spirited presence and represents the Company in a professional and respectful manner.

Must be able to maintain an elevated level of enthusiasm and positivity about the shopping experience.

Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift.

Maintain a professional and respectful dress code and hygiene.

Comply with biweekly audits, feedback from management.

Knowledge of flower and different products offered and their location on the sales floor.

Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.
Cleans shelves, counters, or tables.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer systems.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a Nevada Dispensary Agent work card and be 21 years of age or older.
