- Host/Host are responsible for seating guest and managing the seat charts via Yelp Waitlist
- Answers the phone with a smile and with a pleasant and inviting greeting.
- Must always have a positive and welcoming face.
- Communicate, manage and accommodate guest requests and expectations.
- Manage Take-out orders.
- Clear, set and sanitize tables and seating between seatings.
- Free shift meal for BOH 1/2 off for FOH
- Double-time pay on Holidays, closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving
