Position: Host/Hostess

A reliable, can do attitude and an unmatched work ethic Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a high-volume restaurant setting.

What you'll do:

Greet customers with a friendly, genuine welcome when they arrive. Quickly address any customer needs as they arrive. Maintain a high level of cleanliness - the host stand is the first impression! Demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Handle spontaneous requests gracefully and confidently. Have familiarity with Toast POS systems and proficiency in using Resy or similar digital/online reservation platforms. Have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays. * Maintain a willingness to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
