We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. The Front Desk Agent will play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Assist with reservations and manage room assignments. Perform night audit duties as required. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred. Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is advantageous. Skills in guest relations, including handling diverse cultural backgrounds, are highly valued. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with guests from various regions. Experience with night audit processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
