Hospitality Associates operates La Quinta Inn & Suites, Comfort Inn (opening soon) and Best Western Chena River Lodge in Fairbanks, Alaska. You\xe2\x80\x99ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. - Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
- Field customer complaints when necessary
- Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
- Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
- Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information
- Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
- Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
