Job Description


  • Candidate must be have computer knowledge, hotel clerk will often use computers to check in guests, create invoices and manage online bookings.
  • Communication: Must have strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills, individual must be able to listen and recognize guest needs. You will also use nonverbal skills to identify a guests satisfaction or dissatisfaction with their stay.
  • Customer service: Customer service skills are a requirement for this position. Front desk clerks work with guests when checking in, checking out and when guests request information from the front desk.
  • Problems solving is a must. Furthermore, we all work as a team, there will be sometimes you will have to roll up your sleeves and help.
  • Front Desk attendants help with the house laundry washing, drying and folding of all guest room linen.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.50 per hour Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Hotel Experience: 1 year (Required)
