Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to hotel policies regarding health and safety regulations. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are cleaned and folded properly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
