We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves performing front desk duties, managing guest services, and conducting nightly audits of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

Duties

Perform night audit functions, including balancing daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. Operate phone systems efficiently to manage incoming calls and assist guests with reservations or inquiries. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment processing. Collaborate with hotel management to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Handle any emergencies or unexpected situations calmly and professionally.

Requirements

Previous experience in night audit or hospitality roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
