Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with night audit duties as needed Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles
- Knowledge of hotel procedures, policies, and amenities
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist non-English speaking guests
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
