Northside Cleaning Services is expanding our team of elite residential cleaners and seeking a Team Lead to serve our growing client base in upscale neighborhoods. We're known for our meticulous attention to detail and high client satisfaction rates.

Compensation & Schedule:

$18-25+ per hour plus performance bonuses Monday-Friday availability (no nights/weekends) Morning and day shifts available 4-8 hour shifts Part-time and full-time opportunities

The Ideal Candidate Has:

3+ years of professional residential cleaning experience Team leadership background Hotel/hospitality cleaning background (strongly preferred) Proven track record of reliability and attention to detail Independent contractor mindset with strong self-management skills Professional appearance and excellent client communication abilities Reliable vehicle and smartphone Own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment

Daily Responsibilities:

Lead and train cleaning teams Execute detailed cleaning plans in residential settings Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and organization Properly handle and care for various surface types Communicate professionally with clients Document completed work and special requests Maintain your professional equipment and supplies

Requirements:

Must pass background check Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks Own professional cleaning supplies and equipment Legal authorization to work as an independent contractor
