DescriptionHouse Supervisor RN at providence Milwaukie Hospital in Milwaukie, OR.Per Diem/Night ShiftThe Hospital Supervisor is accountable for the provision of quality nursing services and coordination of the inter-professional team in a hospital for a defined shift.With a consistent focus on patient and family centered care and high reliability principles, the Supervisor promotes evidence-based practice within a context of constant change in patient volume and acuity, and available resources. • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
