Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as hotels, residential homes, or commercial establishments. Duties: - Clean and sanitize designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to ensure a clean and tidy appearance - Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are properly cleaned and stored - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting any damages or repairs needed - Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as necessary - Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Experience: - Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Familiarity with floor care methods such as carpet cleaning or floor waxing is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently - Ability to work independently or as part of a team Note: This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and duties.
