ROLE SUMMARY

The Housekeeping Supervisor reports directly to the Housekeeping Manager and is responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper oversee the day to day operations of the Housekeeping team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in assigning the daily room and public areas schedule for the Housekeepers

Check guest rooms and common areas as they are cleaned ensuring adherence with Goldener Hirsch standards

Have open communication with maintenance and Front Office to ensure seamless service for the guest\'s arrival

Complete all Housekeeping duties as needed

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Required

Minimum of two years\xe2\x80\x99 Housekeeping experience at the Mayflower Inn & Spa or other ARC property

Able to read and write in English

Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.

Desirable

Bilingual

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and be able to lift up, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
