We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, with a focus on industrial cleaning and hospitality environments. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas meet the expectations of our guests and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards. Address guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the overall guest experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or similar hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $15.68 - $16.38 per hour
