```Job Overview```
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual that would be responsible for performing heavy cleaning and preventative maintenance in guest rooms and/or public spaces as required. ```Responsibilities```
-Endure various physical movements throughout the shift such as reaching, extending, bending, and squatting. -Grasp, push or pull heavy loads of materials or equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. -Lift, carry and/or use other alternative methods of transporting or moving materials weighing up to 75 lbs. -Flipping/inspecting mattresses, box springs and assembling bedframes -Vacuuming behind and underneath furniture -Spot cleaning carpets and upholstery -Touch-up painting and furniture ensuring that all necessary hardware and appliances are present in the room and in working order. -Replacing light fixtures - Inspecting and repairing grout and caulking -Maintain, repair, and clean all guest rooms in accordance with the hotels\xe2\x80\x99 room preventative maintenance procedures and guidelines. -Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. -Perform general cleaning of all guestroom surfaces to include tub, wall tile, hard floors, windows, and mirrors. -Assist with related special projects as needed. ```Qualifications```
