Job Functions:

• Maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Follow all Safety and Quality Standards
• Cleaning of the Common Areas
• Complete all common area checklists and allocation worksheets
• Reports lost items found to Housekeeping Office/Management.
• Report any maintenance issues or needs to Management
• Provide strong team support by assisting co-workers
• Operate vacuums weighing up to 35lbs., and lift/move heavy furniture
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

Job Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or condos - Preferred
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. - Required
• Able to stand for long period of time in excess of 5 hours without sitting.
• Basic communication - Preferred
• High school diploma - Preferred
• Valid Driver\'s License - Preferred

The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
