Requirements: *Confidentiality of employee information is a MUST. *Good Attendance is a MUST. *Working knowledge of HR functions, have worked in office environment for at least 1 year. *Good communication skills, ethics, and cultural awareness. *Dress Code: Business casual. (No yoga pants, no big holes in jeans or inappropriate clothing) PPE requirements while on Production Floor: safety shoes, glasses, ear plugs, long sleeves *Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) *Capable to learning internal software system for Time/Attendance and other systems. *Spanish a plus but not required *Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be self-directed to handle situations. *Willingness to learn applicable employment laws (EPA, OSHA, Work Comp, FMLA, ADA).

Responsibilities
Perform general office duties - answering phoes, filing, data entry, data collection
Greet guests - customers, vendors, employees and staff
Provide general support to the facility in all areas of Human Resources and other depts.
Daily approval of time & attendance activities and provide updates to Managers.
Assist in handling tasks associated with on-boarding, new hire orientation, enrollments, employee photos, badges, PPE bags.
Assist in annual enrollments and audits of 401k, healthcare, dental, Accounting dept.
Assist in monthly safety luncheons, customer luncheons, and related activities.
Communicate with Staffing companies of daily/weekly attendance issues.
Become knowledge of our ISO9000 Quality Sytem & ISO14000 Environmental System.
Become knowledge of PPE, 6S policies, HAZCOM, Lockout/tagout, harrassment policies, attendance policy, employee handbook, safety rules and other related company policies.
