We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our HR team as an Administrative Assistant. The HR Administrative Assistant will provide essential support in various HR functions to ensure the efficient operation of the department. Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Develop and maintain a filing system for important documents and records Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
