Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout the recruitment process, including creating and posting jobs within the ATS.
Initiate background checks within the ATS.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position needs and draft job descriptions.
Review applications and facilitates interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in sending offer letters to candidates.
Create and manage new hire orientation materials.
Conduct new hire orientations.
Facilitate new hire enrollments for company benefits.
Assist in managing the Human Resources aspect of the company's HRIS, including facilitating employee onboarding and assisting with question or issues as they arise.
Perform periodic audits of employee files within the company HRIS to ensure proper filing of employee documents and employee files outside of HRIS (e.g., SharePoint).
Assist with office administration duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a B.S. degree program (Business Administration/Management/Human Resources/related field).
Willingness to learn HR technology (ATS/HRIS/BAS) required. Prior experience with HR technology (ATS/HRIS/BAS) preferred.
Desire to pursue continuous learning in HR (e.g., certification, training, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to communicate proficiently verbally and in writing.
