About the Role
HR Business Partners are the strategic architects of our organization\'s success. HRBP\'s are responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans focused on human capital management, customer satisfaction and business performance. They serve as the primary liaison between their client groups and the various HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), including, but not limited to, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development/Succession Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Compensation, and Benefits.
What You\'ll Do
You collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to drive enterprise-wide programs that meet business needs.
You balance business partnership with employee advocacy, fostering a positive work environment.
You act as a change leader, nurturing organizational culture.
You implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and manager effectiveness.
You champion HR service delivery processes and initiatives for engagement, culture, diversity, and talent.
You oversee performance management, succession planning, and complex projects.
You partner with leadership teams, providing strategic HR insight and solutions.
You support various HR functions, from Leadership & Organizational Development to Compensation.
You develop plans for employee engagement and manager effectiveness.
You strengthen management capabilities through coaching and support.
You lead or contribute to significant projects.
This multifaceted role is essential in advancing our organization\'s mission and values.
What We\'re Looking For
7+ Years of HR experience.
Bachelor\'s Degree required.
PHR preferred.
