Role Summary:The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing general HR support to clients across the company. As an individual contributor, this role is responsible for providing guidance on a variety of complex HR programs that support the people strategy: organizational effectiveness, leadership development, engagement, workforce and succession planning, performance management, and training in support of a high-performance culture. This role will work closely with the Employee Relations, Legal, Labor, and Compliance teams to promote equity, company values, and accountability in the workplace. Key Duties:
