ResponsibilitiesThe P&C Business Partner serves as a strategic partner and provides guidance to organization leaders. Develops and executes equitable, proactive, business aligned, plans that help build and support Seattle Children\'s (SC\'s) commitment to People and Culture initiatives. The P&C Business Partner analyzes information, integrates critical thinking and partners with People and Culture team members to design and deliver strategies focused on organizational effectiveness, diversity, equity and inclusion, employee engagement, talent management, total rewards, and labor management. The P&C Business Partner plays an essential role in establishing and driving People & Culture programs/talent initiatives forward within specific company functions, while always ensuring they align with a company\'s business objectives. The P&C Business Partner relies on developing effective consulting relationships, business literacy, data analysis, change management principles in the development and implementation of initiatives.The work will be focused in the Transformation Office and will support the organization through a review of department performance analysis relative to identified benchmarks, conduct observation, monitoring and interviews with leaders/staff, evaluation and diagnosis, review of job descriptions, work processes, workflows and partner with leaders to ensure optimal team design.#LI-JR1RequirementsRequired Education/Experience:
