This position functions as a strategic partner with people at all levels in the process organizations and interacts with outside third parties like government investigators or compliance specialists. This position will have primary responsibility for facilitating the resolution of employee relations issues and for the interpretation of laws and regulations within the employment context and the implementation of effective solutions to labor or legal issues raised. This position is responsible for the effective resolution of internal disputes and managing the Company\'s efforts in EEO and Diversity. Ineffective handling of these issues can lead to employee dissatisfaction and corporate legal liabilities.
