Job Description


I\'m partnered with a Fortune 500 global multi-billion dollar manufacturing company. My client is fast growing and looking to bring on an HR Generalist who will be reporting directly to the Senior Director of HR. The HR Generalist will be supporting the Senior Director of HR with 2 facilities and approximately 500 employees.

  • Serve as a link between management and associates by handling questions, interpreting and administering policies, and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, assisting in terminating associates, and administering disciplinary procedures.
  • Plan and conduct new associate orientation.
  • Monitor and implement applicable human resource federal and state requirements including FMLA & pay practices, maintaining records.
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting process (consult with hiring managers to develop a search strategy, source and recruit top-notch candidates, candidate management).
  • Determine and utilize key sources to engage passive and active candidates (direct sourcing, associations, social media, etc.) for current and anticipated vacancies.
  • Gather, enter and update data from change notices into HRIS (Oracle), assemble and compile data into reports for headcount and workers compensation as well as ad-hoc reporting, and compensation surveys.

The target compensation for the HR Generalist is $65,000 - $80,000 base salary.
