The Human Resources Manager manages human resources, employee relations, and organizational development, playing a key leadership role for the organization. The HR Manager is responsible for several areas of human resources such as staffing, employee relations, employee engagement, organizational development, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, and compensation within facility. Assists top management in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of HR activities.
