The

Human Resources Manager

will be a key player in handling all facets of human resources, with a focus on recruiting top talent, fostering employee growth, and maintaining positive workplace relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and ensuring HR compliance. If you're a strategic thinker with the ability to work across departments and contribute to the overall success of the organization, then you will thrive in this role!

RESPONSIBILITIES



Talent Acquisition

: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-caliber talent.

Workforce Planning

: Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.

Compensation & Benefits

: Design and manage competitive salary structures, benefit programs, and incentives to attract and retain top talent.

Employee Engagement

: Plan and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and boost employee satisfaction.

Employee Development

: Create career development plans and clear progression paths to support employee growth.

Onboarding Excellence

: Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires are equipped with the tools and knowledge for success.

Employee Relations

: Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations, addressing concerns, investigating complaints, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

HR Metrics

: Analyze workforce trends and metrics to develop strategies that enhance retention, performance, and overall HR effectiveness.

Performance Management

: Support managers with training and guidance during the performance review process.

HR Systems

: Optimize HRIS platforms (ADP preferred) to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.

Compliance & Policy

: Advise leadership on HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.

QUALIFICATIONS



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on

employee relations and talent acquisition

. Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across all levels of an organization. Proficiency in HRIS systems; HR certification (e.g.,

PHR, SHRM-CP

) is a strong advantage. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
