Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is searching for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our enterprise HR team to provide support specific to PGA Of America and Patina Catering. Our ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures and is an effective communicator and influencer of associates at all levels of an organization. We are eager to find an HR Manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of our organization and the workforce. This role will have primary responsibility for team member and temp hiring, on-boarding, compliance, temporary agency vendor relations, non-profit group relations, and being the connector between the location and our HR team. In addition, this role will work closely with operations leadership in the planning for each event to determine the proper workforce levels and schedules well in advance of the event to ensure the proper channels are engaged to meet event staffing levels.At Delaware North, we care about our team members' personal and professional journeys.
