We are currently accepting applications for the position of HR Recruiting Specialist to perform day to day configuration/maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the overall recruitment process.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $19.08 - $24.17 per hour (depending on experience)

Additional compensation available for Spanish speakers, after testing proficiency.

Essential Functions (Performs all or some of the following)

• Acts as primary point of contact for any questions related to the recruiting process
• Collects and categorizes job applications in the ATS system
• Conducts initial screening of applicant qualifications
• Coordinates internally with hiring managers
• Calculates candidate salaries
• Creates and distributes offer letters
• Develops job postings, screening questions, and offer letter templates
• Collaborates with team, offering a smooth transition to the onboarding process
• Manages applicant data through the ATS system
• Attends career fairs
• Designs marketing materials related to the recruitment process

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED AND two (2) years of college level coursework, or one (1) year of specialized training in general office practices and procedures, PC operation and various software applications AND One (1) year of responsible experience related to above duties

OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience AND Software proficiency

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
