Sentara is hiring an HR Representative for the HR Solutions Team!

This position is PRN with flexible work hours and is fully remote.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year experience in Human Resources and/or customer support experience with an Associate or Bachelor\'s Degree
• Minimum 3 or more years of Human Resources experience and/or customer support in lieu of a degree
• Basic knowledge of HR Solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

Primary responsibilities include:

• Delivers service in a professional and efficient manner, providing prompt assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Provides real-time, accurate, and comprehensive responses to telephone and written inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures, and processes
• Escalates complex issues, where applicable
• Processes employee-related transactions accurately based on research, employee-specific information, and process guidelines
• Maintains appropriate documentation and records for HR-related cases in HR Help Desk

For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied: $16.80-25.96/hr.
