job summary:
We have a direct hire opportunity for an HRIS analyst with expertise in HCM/Recruiting. This role can work remotely from California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Texas, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Utah.

Candidates must have an expertise in Workday HCM/Recruiting to be considered.

Leads matrixed teams/projects with substantial resource requirements, risk and/or complexity. Consults with process owners/teams to proactively identify and develop business processes or data needs that may be addressed through technology solutions. Performs critical and highly complex system analysis, design, development, documentation, and configuration. Provides standardization direction for the product, aligning application version and workflow with current standards. Assesses need for training solutions to ensure users use the technologies effectively and proficiently. Serves as resource/mentor/coach for technicians. Collaborates on system usage and to support initiatives.

EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

  • Bachelor\'s: Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent education/experience
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
  • 1 year recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources operations, and the general use and requirement of technology in an integrated delivery system.
  • Understanding of HRIS cross-functional impacts and/or inter-dependencies within same system/application and with other software/applications.
  • Knowledge of the life cycle of application environments.
  • Project management skills from concept to implementation.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify trends and patterns, resolve issues or recommend innovative solutions.
  • Ability to pull data from application systems to design and create reports.
  • Ability to learn and understand new business workflows, processes and concepts quickly.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and apply policies and procedures to business workflows.
  • Organization skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and to complete assignments accurately and timely.
  • Ability to communicate through verbal and written means, especially when communicating complex technical terms/issues to a non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrates ability to influence others by persuasion, problem solving or using data.
  • Ability to interact and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of required duties.
  • Demonstrates respect for cultural and linguistic differences and promotes an inclusive work environment.
