Works with the Compensation & Benefits Manager to support and maintain a fair and competitive wage and compensation program throughout the health system as well as maintaining the performance management program.
Education and Work Experience
\xc2\xb7 Associate degree in a related discipline (Accounting, Business)
\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2 years related experience in a Human Resources environment OR
\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources.
\xc2\xb7 Must be able to work and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
\xc2\xb7 Must begin the process of obtaining CCP Certification (Certified Compensation Professional) within 2 years of employment in the position is required.
