Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records, process payroll, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Support benefits administration and address employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle financial data entry, assist with account reconciliation, and reconciliation of Accounts Payable.
- Assist the finance team during audits and other financial projects.
